🔝 At Barnee's, quality is a priority so it is very important that the ordered artwork matches exactly with our customers' vision. The following steps will shop you exactly the process of your order. ⬇️
1️⃣ Upload Your Vision: Before ordeing, on the product page, you will need to upload 1 or more pictures of your requested vehicle. (Cars, Motocycles, Trucks accepted). Below, you will have to upload a text document (Word, Text, Note or any other easily readable format) with your vision, detaling your requested vehicle to the fullest (Color of the car, wheel model, licence place if needed etc.). It's best to mention every single detail so the drawing can be as detailed as possbile. Please leave an e-mail address where we can easily reach you in case of questions or further modifications to your custom drawing.
2️⃣ Choose the frame: Choose between Black, White or Wood frame. Our frames are lightweight quality slim frames with the hanger included so you can directly hang it on the wall as soon as it arrives.
3️⃣ Secure Payment: Once you've provided your details, proceed to secure payment. Your order is important to us, and this step ensures that we can dedicate the time and attention needed to craft your unique car drawing. (Note: Unquestionable refunds are accepted until the drawing process didn't start.)
4️⃣ Processing time: Usually we need 12-24hours to process your order.
5️⃣ Modifications: For the best experience, we might contact you via the e-mail you provided in case of any unclarities or questions from our end. Don't worry. If we don't contact you personally, that means that you explained your vision good enough for Barnee to draw it!
6️⃣ Drawing process: The drawing itself usually lasts between 3-5 days. This obviously depends on the car you requested and the color/livery as well.
7️⃣ Review: As soon as YOUR custom drawing is finished, we will contact you (again) for your approval. In case of minor adjustments or changes we are open for small modifications. In case of our clients are completely unsatisfied with the results, we refund the money.
8️⃣ Shipping: As soon as the drawing is approved, we ship it derectly to the address you ordered it to! FREE Shipping is included for every custom drawing you order from our website!
Useful Information:
➡️ All the custom drawings are hand-made only by Barnee.
➡️ If, for any reason, the requested vehicle cannot be done, the money will be automatically refunded.
➡️ Before shipping the product, approval is requested, if the client is not satified with the results, the money will be transfered back.
➡️ If you order a drawing with other products, the rest of your cart will respect our general shipping terms and conditions.
